Man killed by train while talking on phone on the tracks

(Baonghean.vn) - The accident occurred at 7:45 a.m. on December 6, 2016 on the North-South railway, passing through Hamlet 8, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City, causing one man to die on the spot.

The accident forced the train to stop, causing traffic congestion.

The victim was Mr. Pham Van Muu, residing in Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district. According to witnesses, at the time, Mr. Muu had just gotten off the bus and was standing on the tracks talking on the phone, not knowing that a train was approaching.

Although the people around tried to scream, Mr. Muu did not hear. As a result, Mr. Muu was run over by the train and died on the spot. At the scene, the victim's body was thrown far away and completely deformed.
