(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 15, in Tuyen Quang City (Tuyen Quang Province), the Naval Region 1 Command coordinated with the Propaganda Departments of the provinces: Tuyen Quang, Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh and Nghe An to organize a conference to summarize the coordination of propaganda work on seas and islands in 2016, and sign a program to coordinate propaganda on seas and islands in 2017.

Since then, propaganda work on seas and islands has truly become an important method to create great strength in the struggle to protect the sacred sovereignty of the sea, islands and continental shelf of the Fatherland and maintain a peaceful and stable environment at sea.
