Support 92 million VND for people with disabilities in Tan Ky

(Baonghean.vn) - On December 13, the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans of Tan Ky District coordinated with Ky Son Commune to organize a ceremony to launch a project to support the livelihoods of people with disabilities and poor and near-poor orphans of Ky Son Commune.

Giving breeding cows to families with disabled people in Ky Son commune

According to the project program, 52 households with disabled children and orphans will be supported with agricultural materials, livestock and scholarships. The total cost of the project is 183 million VND, of which the Association for the Support of Disabled People and Orphans of Nghe An Province and Tan Ky District will support 60 million VND; Ky Son Commune People's Committee will support 32 million VND, the rest will be the self-capital of the beneficiary households.

On this occasion, the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans at all levels presented financial support in terms of breeding animals, production materials and scholarships to people with disabilities in Ky Son commune, Tan Ky district with a total value of 92 million VND.
