Comrade Pham Van Hoa:Previously, Tan Ky had difficulty attracting investment due to poor infrastructure and isolated transportation. Tan Ky was still a poor district, with underdeveloped service economy and other conditions, not attractive to investors. Tan Ky district’s mineral resources were relatively abundant, but the reserves were not large. In addition, awareness of the proactive role in attracting investment was not high.

In recent years, the transport infrastructure has been gradually improved and upgraded, people's lives have been raised day by day, people are eager to get rich right in their homeland, the situation of people living abroad to make a living is becoming less and less. In particular, the Ho Chi Minh road put into use helps Tan Ky to be located on the North - South highway, convenient for trade. Investors come to Tan Ky more and more.

Song Con Sugar Factory in Tan Ky also invested 120 billion VND to increase sugarcane pressing capacity, ensuring timely sugarcane pressing and improving product quality to meet integration requirements. Comrade Pham Van Hoa:Identifying the important role of investment attraction, the district Party Committee and government have innovated their awareness and thinking, proactively welcomed and worked with investors. They spent time taking businesses and investors to survey the location, directly introducing them to the potential and strengths and committed to accompanying them throughout the investment process. For example, the Auto Showrooms project of Van Minh Dien Chau Company Limited, Hoang Nguyen Brick Factory, both site clearance and construction investment took less than 1 year. The district always creates the most favorable conditions for investors, advises them on provincial policies, site clearance, facilitates procedures for granting mines, attracts workers for businesses in a timely manner, and directly resolves any difficulties for investors. Tan Ky District People's Committee has registered a list of projects calling for investment and sent it to the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Planning and Investment, which has been posted on the Electronic Information Portal of the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Planning and Investment. At the same time, the district also posts projects on the Tan Ky District Electronic Information Portal, regularly providing information to newspapers and radio stations to introduce and promote the district's potential and advantages to investors and businesses. Continue to resolve difficulties in terms of land and other legal procedures for investors to implement projects: High-tech tunnel brick and tile factory at Nghia Hoan Commune Cluster; Binh An Tan Ky high-tech brick and tile factory at Thung 70, Tan Long Commune; Marble and paving stone mining in Tan Xuan Commune; sand and gravel mining in Nghia Dung;...

The district continues to call for projects: Superfine stone powder processing factory; Natural and artificial granite tile factory; Tan Ky garment factory; Rubber product factory... In the agricultural sector, creating favorable conditions for investors to implement new projects: Project of concentrated lean pig farming with a scale of 4,500 heads/year; project of raising beef and breeding cows with a scale of 160,000 cows (120,000 beef cows and 40,000 breeding cows).
