After monitoring, the environmental police force of Vinh city police inspected the production facility of the family of Mr. Tran Van Lo (born in 1971), residing in Vinh My block, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city.

Authorities discovered at the scene 594 finished green rice cakes, 13 bags of unfinished green rice cakes, 735 labels, 1 stamp and 25 kg of ingredients including: malt, white sugar, molasses, sesame and 8 kg of plastic bags.

All evidence was seized.

At the time of inspection, Mr. Lo could not present any documents proving the origin of the ingredients and meeting food safety and hygiene conditions.

Currently, the authorities have drawn up a record to seize all the exhibits to handle violations according to the provisions of law./.
