Man dies under suspicious circumstances in sewer.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 19th, residents of Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district, discovered the body of a man who had died under unusual circumstances in a culvert next to National Highway 7A, in the section passing through Ba village, Huu Kiem commune.

According to initial information, at around 8:00 AM on December 19th, a resident of Ba village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district, discovered the body of a man in a drainage ditch at the end of the village while walking along the road. The resident immediately reported the incident to the local authorities.

Upon receiving the report, the Huu Kiem Commune Police and the Ky Son District Police arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the incident.

The victim was initially identified as Mr. Lu Van Than, approximately 60 years old, residing in Dinh Son 1 village, Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district.

At the scene, next to the body was a new, unused wicker tray, and the victim had numerous injuries suspected to be from a fight or collision.

Authorities have sealed off the scene.

According to Mr. Moong Van Ngoc, head of Dinh Son 1 village, the victim took rattan trays to sell at Muong Xen market on the morning of December 18th, but did not return home throughout the night. The victim was a craftsman who specialized in weaving rattan trays and chairs to sell at markets.

Authorities are currently continuing their investigation to determine the cause of the incident.
