Phan Mạnh Quỳnh was born in 1990 into a family in Xuân Bắc hamlet, Diễn Vạn commune, Diễn Châu district, Nghệ An province. Most recently, in episode 4 of Sing My Song – The Best Song, broadcast on December 11th, the young man from Nghe An surprised television viewers by reappearing with a new hit song.

Phan Mạnh Quỳnh shared: “Audiences only know me through the song 'Vợ người ta' (Someone Else's Wife). I decided to participate in Sing My Song – The Best Song, hoping that the audience will see me through different songs, stories, and musical styles that are still very familiar and relatable to them.”

In episode 4 of Sing My Song, Phan Manh Quynh performed the song "Broken Heart."
