(Baonghean.vn) - In Nam Anh commune (Nam Dan), Dai Tue pagoda has just organized a gift giving ceremony for poor students who have overcome difficulties and families with difficult circumstances in the area.

On the occasion of the opening ceremony of the charity IT class, Dai Tue Pagoda in collaboration with Venerable Thich Minh Thien (Tue Vien Pagoda in the United States) and Venerable Thich Dam Phuong (Hoa Nghiem Pagoda in the Kingdom of Belgium) organized the giving of 300 gifts to students and households in Nam Anh commune.

Of these, 50 gifts are for poor students who have overcome difficulties and achieved high academic results at Nam Anh Secondary School, each gift includes a school bag, some clothes, notebooks and 100,000 VND. 250 gifts are for families in difficult circumstances, each gift includes 10 kg of rice, 1 box of instant noodles and 400,000 VND. In addition, Buddhist monks and nuns abroad also donated 10 sets of computers to Dai Tue Pagoda to serve the teaching and learning of information technology at the pagoda.
