(Baonghean.vn) - From December 27th to 28th, Hung Nguyen District Youth Union, in coordination with Nam Can Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard Command, organized the "Warm Winter - Volunteer Spring 2017" program in Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An province.

This time, the Hung Nguyen District Youth Union, in coordination with the Nam Can Border Guard Post, donated 320 Tet (Lunar New Year) gift packages to 320 poor households in Nam Can commune, each package worth 130,000 VND. In addition, they donated gifts to 400 students of Nam Can Primary and Secondary School, including notebooks, warm jackets, and clothing worth 80 million VND. The Union also organized free medical examinations and provided free medicine to the poor, valued at 16 million VND. The total value of gifts and free medicine was 137,600,000 VND.
