In recent years, in the Central region in general and Nghe An in particular, human trafficking activities have been increasing and spreading, with many sophisticated methods and tricks.
The province has carried out activities to combat human trafficking and support victims such as propaganda and dissemination to raise awareness; establishing interdisciplinary teams to go to localities to conduct surveys; coordinating with domestic and foreign authorities to combat and rescue victims; attracting foreign non-governmental aid to implement programs and projects on preventing and combating human trafficking across borders.
