Mr. Le Si Chien - Vice Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee spoke at the launching ceremony, emphasizing the role of flood prevention in the area.

The objective of this campaign is to organize dredging of secondary and tertiary drainage systems and drainage systems in residential areas, and canals connecting houses to common canals. Dredging of internal drainage channels, clearing of trees and grass, removing algae and duckweed, clearing water flows, building embankments and internal traffic embankments, dredging and cleaning tanks, water intake works, and supplying domestic water.
