Vinh University: 3 topics won the national 'Student Scientific Research' award

(Baonghean.vn) - The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the topics that won the 'Student Scientific Research' Award. In Nghe An, all three winning topics belonged to Vinh University.

This award is organized by the Ministry of Education and Training in coordination with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (Vietnam Fund for Supporting Technological Creation - VIFOTEC) and the Ministry of Science and Technology.

This year, the whole country has 145 scientific topics awarded, in the fields of natural sciences, agriculture, medicine, technology, social sciences and humanities. In Nghe An alone, all three topics awarded the prize belong to Vinh University.

Vinh University rewards students with scientific research topics

Three topics of Vinh University recognized include:

- Building an integrated experimental set for teaching wave optics (natural science field);

- Research and optimize factors affecting the fabrication process of chitosan-coated Fe3O4 nano magnetic liquid by different methods for biomedical application orientation (science and technology field);

- Current status of road traffic law compliance of students (social science field).

Purpose of the award'Students doing scientific research'To promote students' creative thinking ability, independent scientific research ability or teamwork ability; to form students' self-study and research ability; to contribute to fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, to improve the quality of training at higher education institutions.

In addition, to encourage higher education institutions, organizations and individuals to support students' scientific research activities.

As planned, the award will be presented on the evening of January 7, 2017 at Hanoi University of Transport.
