(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 26th, a delegation from the Politburo, led by Comrade Tran Quoc Vuong - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee - worked with the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to review the draft report on the results of the inspection of the Party's XII Resolution, in conjunction with the continued implementation of Central Resolution 4 (XI) "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today" and Politburo Directive 05-CT/TW on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.

Also attending, from the Central Committee were Central Committee members: Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organization Department; and Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Deputy Chairperson of the Central Inspection Committee.

Representing Nghe An province were: Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee: Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Thong, Le Quang Huy; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's departments; and representatives from several relevant sectors and units.

Comrade Tran Quoc Vuong - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee - highly appreciated the efforts of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee in implementing the Party's Resolution XII in conjunction with Resolution No. 4 of the 11th Central Committee.

The draft report on the inspection conclusions, presented by Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, clearly stated: In the past period, the dissemination and implementation of the Party's Resolution XII, in conjunction with the continued implementation of Resolution No. 4 (11th Congress) of the Central Committee "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today" and Directive No. 05, has been carried out urgently and seriously by the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; with strong innovation in both content and methods, ensuring suitability for each level and each target group.

The thorough implementation of the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress has helped cadres and Party members grasp the basic tenets of the Resolution, thereby applying them creatively in their work and social life, contributing to bringing the Resolution into reality.

The delegation and provincial leaders listened to a presentation on the project by representatives of VSIP Nghe An.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have implemented many comprehensive solutions to carry out Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee; in particular, they have focused on combating and preventing the decline in political ideology, morality, and lifestyle, and the manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, in order to enhance the Party's leadership capacity and fighting strength, and consolidate the trust of Party members and the people in the Party; focusing on building a team of leading and managerial cadres at all levels to meet the requirements of the tasks...

Speaking at the working session, Comrade Tran Quoc Vuong - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee - acknowledged and assessed that the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee had seriously complied with the Political Bureau's Directive on the thorough understanding and implementation of the Party's Resolution XII, in conjunction with the continued implementation of Resolution No. 4 (11th Congress) of the Central Committee "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today" and Directive No. 05, considering this a key task from the study and thorough understanding to the development of specific programs, actions, and projects. Initial results have been achieved, bringing about changes in all aspects of socio-economic development, national defense, and security... The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has also done well in self-inspection and created the best possible conditions for the inspection team to complete its task.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - requested the inspection team to add to the draft report the results of the inspection of some programs and projects implemented by the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee after the congress.

The Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee also emphasized: In the coming time, Nghe An must continue to better implement the Resolution in each level and sector, in accordance with the local situation. This should focus on key issues, avoiding rigid and mechanical approaches.

The comrade also emphasized the importance of practical action, stressing that each locality and unit must leverage its internal strengths with a proactive and creative spirit, and uphold the responsibility of leaders in implementing the Party's XII Resolution in practice.

Regarding Resolution No. 4 of the 11th Central Committee, a new feature is the identification of 27 manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation." Therefore, Comrade Tran Quoc Vuong believes that this is a guide for each Party member to examine themselves daily. If, after understanding and implementing it, each Party member and collective can effectively carry out these actions, it will contribute to purifying the Party organization and the government apparatus, moving towards actions for the people, and helping to bring the Resolution into life.

In addition, it is suggested that the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee should strengthen inspection and supervision work, closely following the action programs and projects of each Party committee at all levels for inspection; further promote the implementation of Directive 05 on studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, considering this a regular, daily task.

Most importantly, after studying and thoroughly understanding the principles, every cadre and Party member, especially those in leadership positions, must truly set an example from awareness to action, with high political determination to create the strength to promote socio-economic development and build trust among the people.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - received the comments from the inspection team and affirmed that Nghe An will effectively implement the Resolutions and Directives into practice through specific programs and actions.

In his response, Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, thanked the delegation for acknowledging the efforts of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee during their visit and for pointing out shortcomings that need to be addressed so that Nghe An can perform better.

The Provincial Party Secretary promised the inspection team that the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee would take into account the suggestions and strive to implement them effectively in practice, through specific programs and actions, contributing to building a clean and strong Party, creating momentum for socio-economic development, making people's lives prosperous and happy, and building people's trust in the leadership of the Party and the government.

The delegation conducted a survey at the Nghi Thiet deep-water port complex.

After working with the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the delegation visited key projects being implemented in the province, including: the VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Zone, the Nghi Thiet and Cua Lo deep-water port complex, and the resort in Cua Hoi invested by Vingroup.
