Quynh Luu police sent text messages to support 'Day for the Poor'

(Baoonghean.vn) - On December 22, Quynh Luu District Police launched a campaign for officers and soldiers in the unit to participate in texting to support "International Day for the Eradication of Poverty" and "Day for the Poor in Vietnam".

At the launching ceremony, the Party Committee, unit leaders and more than 120 officers and soldiers of the District Police participated in helping the poor with the goal of "The whole country joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind" by texting. Accordingly, each youth union member, officer and soldier will use their mobile phone to send 05 support messages. For each successfully sent message, 15 thousand VND will be donated/time.

This is one of the leading units of Nghe An Police in launching text messages to support the poor. Thereby, promoting the tradition of solidarity, mutual love, "The whole leaves cover the torn leaves", "The less torn leaves cover the more torn leaves" of the Vietnamese people./.
