Secret to get rid of belly fat in just 4 weeks

Adding canola oil to your daily diet can help burn excess belly fat in less than four weeks, according to research presented at the American Obesity Society's annual scientific conference.

“Belly fat or visceral fat increases the risk of cardiovascular disease as well as metabolic syndrome such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure…

“Monounsaturated fats in canola oil help reduce the amount of fat that is harmful to health,” said Professor Penny M. Kris-Etherton of Pennsylvania State University (USA).

In the study, scientists tested the effects of five different vegetable oils blended into the diets of volunteers, all of whom had excess belly fat. After four weeks of eating canola oil, the volunteers all experienced significant reductions in belly fat.
