1. Vietnamese coriander (rau răm):Also known as water willow, fragrant green... it has a spicy taste, is warm in nature, and is non-toxic. It is used to treat cold abdominal pain, snake bites, eczema, hemorrhoids, stimulate digestion, improve appetite, and soothe sexual desire. It is usually used fresh, without processing, when used as medicine.

Some medicinal uses of Vietnamese coriander:

Treating poor digestion:Each day, consume 15-20 grams of fresh Vietnamese coriander (both stems and leaves), wash thoroughly, and squeeze out the juice to drink.

Treating heatstroke:Combine Vietnamese coriander with ginseng soaked in ginger water (30 g), Centella asiatica (16 g), and Ophiopogon japonicus (10 g), stir-fry until golden brown, decoct with 600 ml of water, reduce to 300 ml, drink throughout the day, divided into 2 doses.

2. Dill (fennel)Dill, also known as fennel or fennel seeds, is a very common herb in traditional Chinese medicine.
