Hoang Mai voters propose adjusting compensation land prices in Quynh Di ward

(Baonghean.vn)- Hoang Mai town council proposed to adjust the compensation land price in Quynh Di ward, Hoang Mai town, because the current market land price is much higher than the compensation price.

The competent authority responded to this issue as follows:

According to the provisions of the 2013 Land Law, there are 3 types of land prices, including: Land price framework, Land price list and specific land price. In which, the land price framework is regulated by the Government, the land price list is issued by the Provincial People's Committee and is used as a basis in the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 114 of the 2013 Land Law; and the specific land price is used as a basis in the cases specified in Clause 4, Article 114 of the Land Law.

Based on the above regulations, the compensation land price is a specific land price and depends on the market land price (profitability and location of the land plot). Through discussions with the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town, it shows that: The land price approved by the Provincial People's Committee for compensation for land acquisition when implementing projects in Hoang Mai town is suitable with the market price at the time and is highly agreed by the people.

Therefore, the request of Hoang Mai town voters to readjust the compensation land price in Quynh Di ward, Hoang Mai town because the market land price is higher than the compensation price issued by the Provincial People's Committee but without specifying which project is not valid for consideration./.
