Besides the characteristic blaring of horns, there were also whistles from the mouths of people leaning out of car windows. White-gloved hands gestured to other vehicles to stop and yield with graceful and professional movements.
The motorcade in the video is believed to belong to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. The vehicles in the convoy include Japanese domestic brands such as the Toyota Century, Nissan Cima, and Lexus LS 600hL.
