(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 3, the conference to disseminate Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee continued with a number of socio-economic and international integration topics and closed the conference.
Attending the conference were comrades Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of provincial and district-level departments, branches and sectors.

Within the framework of the conference program, key officials at the provincial and district levels continued to listen to Professor, Dr. Tran Dinh Thien - Director of the Vietnam Economic Institute report on two topics: Effectively implementing the international economic integration process, maintaining political and social stability in the context of our country participating in new generation free trade agreements; Socio-economic situation, state budget in 2016; socio-economic development plan, state budget estimate in 2017.
Professor, Dr. Tran Dinh Thien emphasized: restructuring towards developing enterprises and the private economy, in which priority is given to large enterprises as pillars to attract small enterprises to develop; focusing on start-up work.

Regarding the development of Nghe An in the integration space, Professor, Dr. Tran Dinh Thien said that the province needs to rethink with new vision and aspirations. If it wants to develop, it must become an integration center by attracting foreign investors. Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that at the time of preparing to welcome the traditional New Year of the nation, the implementation of the Resolution is easily dispersed, so it is required that all levels, branches, agencies and units pay attention to the development of plans and action programs to adhere to the Resolution, based on the specific circumstances of each locality to choose quality construction.
