Thanh Chuong: Nearly 500 young people participate in military service examination

(Baonghean.vn) - To ensure the quantity and quality of military recruitment in 2017, from December 12-16, the Thanh Chuong District Military Service Council coordinated with the District Military Command to organize the 2017 military service examination for young men who passed the preliminary selection in the localities.

480 young men participated in the district's military service examination in 2017. After 5 days of examination, over 80% of the young men passed the examination, higher than previous years.

This year, the military service examination work has received more attention and focus from local authorities, especially in transporting young people for medical examination.

It is known that according to the province's target in 2017, Thanh Chuong district will have 270 young people joining the army and defending the country.
