100% of Party committees and branches in Thai Hoa town subscribe to the Party newspaper.

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing Directive 11/CT-TW of the Politburo on subscribing to and using Party newspapers, based on the direction of the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee, from December 22nd, Thai Hoa Town Post Office organized the signing of contracts for subscribing to Party newspapers for 2017.aParty committees and subordinate branches.

Thai Hoa town currently has 49 Party committees and branches directly under the Town Party Committee and 259 Party branches. The number of Party newspapers ordered according to Directive 11/CT is 328 copies/issue, but the town orders 339 copies of Nghe An Newspaper/issue.

Representatives from the Propaganda Department of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee witnessed the signing ceremony of the 2017 newspaper subscription contract between the Quang Tien Ward Party Committee and the Town Post Office.

Thanks to the regular attention and encouragement from the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Propaganda Department, the number of subscriptions to Nghe An Newspaper has been consistently maintained since 2015. Party committees at the commune and ward levels subscribe quite regularly, including those in school branches that subscribe separately, but there is no longer any issue of canceling the subscription during summer breaks.

However, in recent times, some agencies and units belonging to agricultural and forestry farms and enterprises, due to changes in management models and organizational structures of the Party, have not paid enough attention to subscribing to the Party newspaper, and at times the number of subscriptions has decreased.

Representatives from the Propaganda Department of the Town Party Committee witnessed the signing ceremony of the 2017 Nghe An Newspaper subscription contract between the Town Post Office and Nghe An Coffee and Rubber Company Limited.

Mr. Le Xuan Ha, Director of Thai Hoa Town Post Office, said: "Based on the directives of the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee, the Town Post Office is focusing on organizing the signing of contracts for newspaper subscriptions for 2017 for all Party committees and branches this week."
