In a respectful and solemn atmosphere, Minister Truong Minh Tuan and his fellow delegates observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of our Party and people, and an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement.
He devoted and sacrificed his life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness of the nation and people of the world.

Uncle Ho has passed away, but his image will always live on with the mountains and rivers of Vietnam. His thoughts will always guide the Vietnamese revolution from one victory to another.
