Nearly 600 gifts to poor people in Ky Son

(Baonghean.vn) - On January 18, a working delegation from the Banking sector, led by Mr. Doan Manh Ha - Deputy Director of the State Bank of Nghe An province, visited and gave gifts to poor people in the border district of Ky Son.

The delegation presented 190 gifts to 190 Khmu households in especially difficult circumstances in Bac Ly commune.

At Bac Ly border commune, the delegation presented 190 gifts, each worth 520,000 VND, including 400,000 VND in cash and gifts worth 120,000 VND.

Presented 125 gifts and over 300 sets of clothes to poor households in My Ly border commune.

The delegation also presented nearly 400 gifts to My Ly, Muong Long, and Huoi Tu communes. The total value of the gifts was over 273 million VND. This amount was donated by the officers and employees of the banking sector in the province. With a kind heart, sharing with the poor in the mountainous areas, this activity of the provincial banking sector officers contributed to helping people have a warm and joyful Tet.
