Nghe An thoroughly implements Central Resolution 4

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 3, in Vinh city, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to study and disseminate the Resolution of the 4th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee to key officials at the provincial and district levels.

Attending the conference were comrades Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches and sectors at the provincial and district levels.

In his opening speech at the conference, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, affirmed: Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) and the contents conveyed at the conference are very important. Therefore, he requested the comrades attending the conference to promote a sense of responsibility, focus on listening, studying documents, exchanging, discussing, and grasping the contents and guiding thoughts of the Central Committee, and the province's implementation plan to thoroughly grasp and develop a practical action program and implementation plan for the Resolution in line with the practical situation in each sector, agency, and locality.

The Provincial Party Secretary also emphasized: All levels, sectors, units and localities should pay attention to the form of propaganda and dissemination of the Resolution's content to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life. Thereby, creating a vibrant emulation movement in the entire Party, people and army of the province, together with the whole country, determined to strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks of 2017 and the following years in the spirit of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.

Next, comrade Nguyen Huu Lam - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee approved the plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening Party building and rectification; preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

Accordingly, self-criticism and criticism must be carefully prepared, serious, of high quality, promoting the spirit of self-awareness and exemplary conduct; carried out from top to bottom; superiors and leaders must be exemplary, self-criticism for subordinates to learn and follow; at each level, it is necessary to identify the focus and key points to concentrate on directing, doing things with certainty, talking less and doing more; overcoming the situation of being respectful, avoiding, afraid of collision or taking advantage of self-criticism and criticism to suppress and attack each other, causing internal disunity. Self-criticism and criticism are associated with supervision, inspection, examination and handling of violations.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Lam also emphasized: The development of an action plan to implement the Resolution must be close to the specific situation of each level, each sector, and each locality. It clearly defines the tasks to be implemented immediately and regularly, and the tasks according to the roadmap. Particularly at the provincial level, 12 tasks to be implemented immediately and regularly and 10 tasks to be implemented according to the roadmap are determined.

Implement Resolutions, Plans, and Action Programs synchronously and effectively with other resolutions of the Central and the province; attach importance to leadership and direction in overcoming difficulties, promoting socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, and political stability; promptly resolve pressing issues of public concern.
