Female reporter had her bag snatched right in front of her house

The woman was standing at the gate calling her family to open the gate when two robbers approached and snatched her handbag containing many valuables and her press card.

On December 24, District 10 Police, Ho Chi Minh City said they were investigating a robbery that occurred in Ward 15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, at around 10 p.m. on December 8, Ms. TTNS (42 years old, living in Ward 15, District 10) was riding a motorbike home from work. When Ms. S. stood in front of her house calling for someone to open the door, two young men on a motorbike approached and snatched her handbag.

The victim then went to the police station in Ward 15 to report the incident. According to the report, Ms. S.’s handbag was robbed and contained two mobile phones, about 10 million VND, a press card and many other documents.

Because the incident happened at night, in a deserted area, Ms. S could not remember the license plate number or the identities of the suspects, so the verification and investigation encountered many difficulties.

Ms. S is currently working at a press agency in Ho Chi Minh City.

To serve the investigation, District 10 Police issued a notice asking anyone who witnessed the above robbery to come to District 10 Police for clarification./.
