Nissan Sunny 2017 priced from 11,600 USD, competing with Honda City

Priced on par with Honda City 2017, the upgraded version of Nissan Sunny has just been introduced in India with many notable improvements in features.

Nissan India has just started the new year 2017 by introducing the upgraded version of Nissan Sunny 2017. The Japanese car company has improved some design details, and added more options for exterior and interior colors, however, the selling price of Nissan Sunny is still kept at 11,600 to 16,018 USD.

This price remains unchanged compared to the old version to help Nissan Sunny continue to maintain its competitive advantage with rivals in the same segment.

Basically, the design of Nissan Sunny remains unchanged compared to the old version, the Japanese car company only added a brown exterior option for Nissan Sunny 2017 with chrome door handles. Inside, the interior space is coordinated with black.

The upgraded version of Nissan Sunny is equipped with a smart key, Start/Stop button, and enhanced safety features, including: anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brake force distribution (EBD) and brake assist (BA) and 2 airbags. All are standard equipment on Sunny versions, except for XE and XL versions with additional curtain airbags.

Nissan Sunny is still equipped with two petrol and diesel engine options coded HR15. Of which, the 1.5-liter petrol engine produces 97 horsepower combined with a CVT gearbox. The 1.5-liter diesel engine produces 84 horsepower, combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The upgraded version of Nissan Sunny will be distributed to the Indian market from January 17, 2017. This model will compete directly with Honda City and a series of rivals in the B-class sedan segment. In Vietnam, Nissan Sunny is distributed to the market with 3 versions: XL, XV and XV SE with prices ranging from 498 - 538 million VND depending on the version.
