Transport shampoo and sanitary napkins by rickshaw

(Baonghean.vn) - At 6:00 a.m. on December 31, a working group of the Economic and Drug Investigation Police Team of Dien Chau District Police arrested a case of transporting a large quantity of shampoo and sanitary napkins without documents proving their origin.

Police discovered two subjects, Le Thi Hien (born in 1973) and Vu Le Mau (born in 1972), both residing in Truong Tien hamlet, Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau district, transporting goods on two motorbikes.

Through inspection, Le Thi Hien was found to be carrying 12 cardboard boxes of shampoo and Vu Le Mau was found to be carrying 12 cardboard boxes of shampoo, with a total of 114,000 packages of various types of shampoo.

At the same time, in village 7, Dien Ky commune, the working group discovered Pham Van Luu (born in 1987) in Dien Ky commune loading goods onto a motorbike including 18 packs of Cheng Kieng sanitary napkins, 33 packs of An Duong sanitary napkins; 18 large bags containing unlabeled sanitary napkins weighing 360kg. The total value of shampoo and sanitary napkins was more than 150 million VND.

At the time of inspection, the subjects were unable to present invoices and documents proving the origin of all the goods. The working group drew up a record of confiscation of the goods and continued to expand the investigation.
