According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, today (February 4), due to the influence of the strengthening cold air mass, the northern provinces will have some rain in the early morning. The lowest temperature is from 15 - 18 degrees Celsius. The southern provinces will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.

In the capital Hanoi, it is cloudy, with light rain and fog at night and in the morning. The lowest temperature ranges from 18 to 21 degrees Celsius.

Also according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, currently, due to the influence of a low pressure trough with an axis at about 5-8 degrees North latitude, the South East Sea area (including the waters of Truong Sa archipelago) and the waters from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau have had heavy showers and thunderstorms.

During the day and tonight, in the South East Sea (including the Truong Sa archipelago) and the sea from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, there will continue to be showers and heavy thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, be on guard against tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
