A young man wearing a blue jacket, along with evidence found on the table related to the buying and selling of narcotics, was caught red-handed by the police.

Earlier, on the evening of January 14th, while on duty on Dang Thai Than Street (Hue), Hue City Police patrol officers spotted two young men on a motorbike exhibiting suspicious behavior.

While riding the motorbike, the young man driving rested both feet on the engine block, and the passenger continuously waved his hands as if under the influence of drugs. Police officers followed and monitored them. When they reached house number 59 on Tran Huy Lieu Street (Hue), the two young men stopped the motorbike and handed a strange bag to someone sitting on the sidewalk.

Suspecting this was a drug trafficking operation, the police immediately raided the location. They discovered 119 packets of marijuana on a young man named Tran Van Tao (26 years old, sitting on the sidewalk, residing in Hue City).

At the police station, Tạo confessed that he bought the aforementioned drugs for 3 million VND from someone residing in Huong So ward (Hue). Tạo divided the marijuana into small packages for easier sale to drug addicts.
