Although construction quality inspection faces many difficulties due to changes in Decrees and Circulars...In 2016, the Center signed contracts for quality inspection of 20 new projects and 24 inspection contracts from previous years. Complete construction supervision and monitoring work...Thanks to the efforts of the Center, in 2016, revenue per person reached 240 million VND/year, average income 6.8 million VND/person/month...

Currently, the Center has received over 13 billion VND from the State to purchase modern testing equipment for construction quality inspection such as: Ultrasonic bored pile machine; Water chemistry testing set; Electronic leveling machine; Electronic total station; Equipment for testing the load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete piles; Three-link compression machine (3-position type) with digital display; Ultrasonic steel reinforcement machine; Multi-purpose testing machine (Bending/tensile/compression) Equipment for testing and inspecting the structure of construction works, bridges of all kinds, hydroelectric dams, etc.With such invested equipment, the Center can perform 22 experimental groups and 110 tests, meeting the requirements for testing, inspection, and quality assessment of construction works.

The conference unanimously approved the plan to carry out professional tasks in 2017 and increase revenue by 5% compared to 2016, fulfill the obligation to pay the State budget, ensure jobs with a salary of nearly 7 million VND/person/month... and gradually build the Construction Inspection Center to become the center of the North Central region.
