Boy dies after being hit in the head with a glass thrown by his father

At 11:30 a.m. on January 24, despite the dedicated treatment of doctors and nurses at Binh Thuan General Hospital, due to severe brain trauma and massive blood loss, baby boy HHC (2 months and 12 days old) died at the hospital.

Previously, at 3:00 a.m. on January 23, baby C. was taken to the emergency room by his family in a state of shock due to multiple injuries, blood loss, and cyanosis with a large laceration on his head.

Baby C's mother, Ms. NTTL, residing in Phong Nam commune, Phan Thiet city (Binh Thuan), said that early in the morning of January 23, because her baby was crying, she held her baby in her arms to lull him to sleep, but her husband woke up, upset and quarreled.

While the two were arguing, the husband suddenly threw a glass at his wife and hit his son in the head, causing him to pass out on the spot.

According to Binh Thuan General Hospital, the case will be reported to the Binh Thuan Police Investigation Agency for clarification.
