(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 9, comrade Hoang Danh Lai - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district presented 2 savings books to 2 orphans with especially difficult circumstances in Quynh Hoa and Tan Son communes.

Two orphans with especially difficult circumstances who received gifts this time include Ho Thi Luu Tram, from village 2, Quynh Hoa commune, currently studying in class 10A7, Quynh Luu 1 High School, and Le Thi Quynh, born in 2012, from Tien Son village, Tan Son commune, currently studying at Tan Son kindergarten.

The Chairman of the District People's Committee hopes that Tram will strive to overcome her circumstances and study well.

Visiting the families, comrade Hoang Danh Lai kindly asked about their health and encouraged the two children to overcome their circumstances, improve their lives, and study well.
