Poor conduct is not allowed to take the national high school exam

To take the national high school exam, one of the conditions is that the candidate's 12th grade conduct rating must be average or above, and academic performance must not be poor.

According to the regulations on national high school exams and recognition of high school graduation recently issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, the subjects participating in this exam include: People who have completed high school programs or continuing education programs (GDTX) at high school level in the year of the exam; people who have completed high school programs but have not yet taken the high school graduation exam or have taken the exam but have not yet graduated from high school in previous years; people who have graduated from high school; people who have graduated from intermediate school; other subjects permitted by the Ministry of Education and Training to take the exam (collectively referred to as independent candidates).

The conditions for taking the national high school exam are that the candidate is not under disciplinary action and is banned from taking the exam; the candidate registers for the exam and submits all required documents, following the correct procedures and on time. In addition, the candidate must ensure the following conditions: conduct is rated average or above, and academic performance is not classified as poor in grade 12. For students who are not required to have their conduct classified and students who study in the form of self-study with guidance at GDTX, there is no requirement for conduct classification.

Independent candidates who have not graduated from high school, in addition to the above regulations, must also ensure the following conditions: Have graduated from junior high school; in case they are not eligible to take the exam in previous years due to poor academic performance in grade 12, they must register and take the final exam at the high school where they studied grade 12, or where they registered to take the exam for some subjects with an average score below 5.

In case of not being eligible to take the exam in previous years due to poor conduct in grade 12, the People's Committee of the commune where you reside must confirm that you have not violated the law.

The principal of the high school, the director of the Continuing Education Center or the place where the candidate submits the exam registration form shall organize the review of the exam registration documents; at least 20 days before the exam date, the cases that are not eligible to take the exam must be publicly announced./.
