(Baonghean.vn) - On January 25, a delegation of the Party Committee - Command of the Nghe An Border Guard led by Colonel Dinh Ngoc Van - Member of the Party Committee of Nghe An province, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard organized a ceremony to offer flowers, incense, and report to Uncle Ho at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien relic site (Nam Dan, Nghe An).

Border soldiers in their homeland of Nghe An respectfully offered Uncle Ho a bouquet of fresh flowers and lit incense sticks to commemorate the beloved Father of the armed forces, the genius leader of the Party and the people.
On behalf of the provincial border guards, Colonel Tran Minh Cong, Deputy Political Commissar, reported to Uncle Ho about the achievements that the provincial border guards had strived to achieve in the past year.
