The dangers of using a dirty comb.
If you've been using the same comb for a year without cleaning it, that's very dangerous.
We use combs daily to keep our hair neat and clean. However, dead hairs, leftover hair product residue, dead skin cells, and dust can make combs a potential culprit in damaging your health.

Even though you spend a lot of time and money on hair care, it can all be in vain if you're using a dirty comb.
The buildup of bacteria and yeast on combs can cause your hair to become dirty again even after you wash it. It can even increase the risk of infection.
Experts recommend removing dead hair clumps and cleaning your comb regularly every week to ensure hygiene. For plastic combs, you should use a bowl of warm water mixed with soap or a mild detergent to clean them.
You should avoid using strong detergents on wooden combs as this can damage them. After cleaning, dry them immediately with a hairdryer. For cleaning smart combs or some combs with more complex designs, you should refer to the manufacturer's instructions.
