(Baonghean.vn) - As an ancient land with a rich history and cultural traditions, every spring, Nghe An has dozens of festivals stretching from the lowlands to the highlands. This is an opportunity for people to express their spiritual wishes and have fun, and also an opportunity for tourists from near and far to come here to explore the cultural beauty of identity.

Here are some typical festivals in early Spring 2017:

1.Pan Pang - Nang Ny Festival

- Location: Front yard of Pan Pang - Nang Ny Cave, Muong Ham village, Chau Cuong commune, Quy Hop district.

- Time: February 1-3, 2017 (ie January 5-7 of the Lunar calendar).

2. King Mai Temple Festival

- Location: King Mai's tomb - Van Dien commune; King Mai's temple - Nam Dan town; King Mai's mother's tomb - Nam Thai commune, Nam Dan district.

- Time: February 9-11, 2017 (ie January 13-15 of the lunar calendar).

3. Van Loc Temple Festival(Held every 3 years, in 2017)

- Location: Van Loc Temple, Nghi Tan Ward, Cua Lo Town.

- Time: February 10-12, 2017 (ie January 14-16 of the lunar calendar).

4. Con Temple Festival

- Location:Con Temple, Quynh Phuong Commune, Hoang Mai Town
