Decomposed female body washed ashore

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 10, Mr. To Duy Hien - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Nghia Commune (Quynh Luu) informed that local people discovered a female body drifting ashore in a state of decomposition.

Upon receiving the news, Quynh Luu District Police and Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station were present at the scene to investigate the incident and at the same time reported to the forensic force - Nghe An Provincial Police.

Through autopsy, forensic authorities determined that the victim's body was female, had been decomposed for about 15-20 days, had no identification papers on her, and was about 35 years old, wearing a purple shirt.

During the investigation and clarification of the case, the People's Committee of Quynh Nghia commune widely announced the information on local loudspeakers but still no family members of the victim came to receive the body.

By the afternoon of the same day, the body was buried at the local cemetery.
