After the collective review, based on the responsibilities, tasks and self-review of each leader, the delegates attending the conference discussed democratically, contributing many opinions in a spirit of solidarity, frankness and quality.
The conference seriously reviewed self-criticism and criticism, focused on clarifying the advantages and limitations, and clearly defined the responsibilities of each part of the work that the comrades in the leadership of the Department of Tourism were assigned to be in charge of and undertake.
The comments at the conference clearly stated: The leadership of the Department of Tourism is always united, unified, steadfast, has many policies and measures to lead and direct the fight against signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, has no signs of "self-evolution" or "self-transformation"; does not violate the 27 signs of degradation pointed out by Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII).
Although it has just started operating, the organization, apparatus, personnel, finance, headquarters, equipment... still face many difficulties, but the Directors and Deputy Directors of the Department have resolutely led and directed the implementation of the State management of Tourism as well as the political tasks of the Industry to successfully complete the tasks in the past time.
The delegates highly appreciated the preparation of the review report by the leadership and individuals. In the review, they boldly contributed opinions, spoke the truth, spoke correctly, frankly, democratically and openly, without any favoritism... At the same time, the delegates also requested that the comrades in the leadership of the Department of Tourism continue to study more documents and instructions of the Party and the State to better lead the activities of the Nghe An tourism industry.

The conference seriously reviewed self-criticism and criticism, focused on clarifying strengths and weaknesses, clearly defining responsibilities for each part of the work assigned to the comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; proposed measures that need to be focused on leading to promptly correct and overcome limitations and shortcomings; reviewed manifestations, including improving working style and manners, finding causes, and having appropriate and practical solutions.
In the coming time, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee will continue to focus on leading and directing grassroots Party committees to seriously review according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) to ensure quality and timeliness; truly becoming a widespread political activity, creating a strong change in awareness and action among all cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.
