We must continue to maintain the youth training system, because this is the main human resource of the Club.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh - General Director of SLNA Joint Stock Company reported on the history of formation and development of SLNA Club. Accordingly, after nearly 40 years of establishment, SLNA Football Club is one of the football centers of the country, the youth teams as well as the first team have achieved many prestigious championships. In recent years, due to financial difficulties, fierce competition between clubs, especially when switching to professional football, the achievements have been more modest. However, SLNA is still considered the most traditional and stable club in terms of organization in professional football.

In addition, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh also proposed that the province allow and support the club to repair and upgrade the Vinh stadium's turf in 2017; allow and create favorable conditions to support funding for the construction of traditional houses and housing for young athletes on the auxiliary training ground with a construction area of ​​1,000 square meters; apply an outdoor teaching allowance regime for coaches of youth teams...

After listening to the report of SLNA Club leaders and conducting a field survey, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh highly appreciated the efforts of the Board of Directors, coaches and players in maintaining and developing the Club in the context of financial difficulties. In the coming time, in addition to the support of the province in investing in facilities and youth training, it is necessary to continue to call on businesses and sponsors to invest, creating conditions for the Club to continue to develop and achieve more success.

The Provincial Party Secretary also emphasized: SLNA should not be proud of the past. We must continue to maintain the youth training system because this is the main human resource of the club. In the context of financial difficulties, SLNA Club can hardly retain its best players, let alone bring in quality players. If we do not focus on youth training, the team's performance will certainly decline. The club's leadership needs to seriously consider whether the youth training system is still suitable or not, if not, we can learn from some good models of other centers.

As a professional club, the players must also be truly professional; professional in both training and competition, giving their all for the team; their behavior on the field must be civilized in the spirit of noble sportsmanship. Only then, whether they win or lose, they will still win the affection and love of the audience.
