Criminal detention of driver who caused accident that killed 3 people in a family

According to Colonel Loc, the initial results of the alcohol test of driver Lai showed that the police recorded that driver Lai had an alcohol concentration exceeding the permitted limit (0.37 milligrams/liter of breath).
The results of the examination of the traces at the scene showed that the truck collided head-on with the motorbike on the bridge, then hit the bridge wall, and came to rest on the left side of the road. At the time of the accident, only the driver, Lai, was in the truck cabin.
LikeNghe An Newspaperreported that at around 1:00 p.m. on February 1, Vo Van Tinh (30 years old, in Thanh Duong commune, Thanh Chuong district) and his mother, wife and 3-year-old son were driving a motorbike on Ro bridge (Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district) when they suddenly collided with a truck going in the opposite direction.
After the strong collision, Mr. Tinh lost one of his legs. His mother and wife were thrown over the bridge railing, fell into the river below and died on the spot.
Baby Huy (3 years old, son of Mr. Tinh) died in the emergency room at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital due to severe injuries. After the accident, driver Lai went to Thanh Chuong District Police to present himself.
On the morning of February 2, local authorities and families completed burial procedures for the three unfortunate victims. Mr. Tinh is currently receiving intensive care at Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital after surgery, with one leg severed and unable to be reattached.
