Video of rescue of young man in railway accident in Vinh city

(Baonghean.vn) - At around 4:50 p.m. on March 6, a railway accident in Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City (Nghe An) left a young man in critical condition. Rescue forces and authorities coordinated to rescue the victim.

The train was running from North to South, passing through Hamlet 5, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City, in front of the Central College of Transport, and collided with a young man (identity unknown) riding an electric bicycle trying to cross the intersection between the railway and the road.

At the scene, the young man (about 17-19 years old) was thrown about 10 meters, his whole body was seriously injured, and his electric bike was severely damaged.

Immediately after the accident, the authorities arrived at the scene along with 115 emergency doctors to take the victim to the emergency room and clear the traffic jam on both the railway and road. The train was delayed about 1 hour due to the accident.
