Enforced demolition of construction works violating construction order

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 23, the People's Committee of Quynh Thien Ward coordinated with the functional forces of Hoang Mai Town to organize the forced demolition of constructions violating urban construction order and land management in Tan Thanh block, Quynh Thien Ward, Hoang Mai Town according to Decision No. 94 of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai Town dated February 10, 2017.

Mr. Dau Sy Tuong, Nam Truong village, Truong Lam commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province is the owner of two constructions violating urban construction order and land management in Tan Thanh block, Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town.

The violating construction includes: kiosk made of iron poles and corrugated iron with a total area of ​​83.2m2.² and solid foundation built on an area of ​​100.2m².

After the local government and competent agencies drew up a record, imposed administrative fines and requested the voluntary demolition of the illegal construction, the owner of the construction, Mr. Dau Sy Tuong, only voluntarily dismantled the solid foundation of the house. As for the kiosk, Mr. Tuong did not comply with the law, leading to the authorities having to carry out enforcement./.
