Massage parlor has 'long-legged' girls selling sex for 800,000 VND/session

Accordingly, on the night of March 20, the reconnaissance force of the Criminal Police Department, Ho Chi Minh City Police, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City's interdisciplinary cultural and social inspection team simultaneously raided and administratively inspected two massage establishments, Minh Quan (No. 921) and Dong Quang (No. 671, Ta Quang Buu Street, Ward 4, District 8).

At Minh Quan massage parlor, when the inspection team raided, they caught two female attendants in the act of selling sex to customers in two rooms. At Dong Quang massage parlor, the team discovered two female attendants sexually stimulating customers.

The inspection team made a record of many administrative violations of the two establishments. At the same time, the police invited and arrested subjects related to prostitution activities to expand the investigation.

It is known that both massage establishments mentioned above are owned by Trinh Huu Cuong (born in 1985, residing in Dong Thap province). When customers enter, they must buy a ticket for 120,000 VND/time. When female attendants provide sexual services, customers must "tip" at an average of 200,000 - 300,000 VND/time.

At the Minh Quan facility where prostitution was caught, the police initially clarified that Cuong assigned Nguyen Nghiem Nghia (born 1993, residing in Tan Binh district) as manager and Le Thi Linh Phuong (born 1988, residing in district 8) as receptionist.

When customers came in, these two people "offered" sex with female attendants right in the massage rooms, for 800,000 VND/time.

The total price for each "happy" service is 920,000 VND/time. Of which, Nghia takes 120,000 VND, Cuong collects 300,000 VND, and the rest is given to the female attendant who directly sells sex to the customers.

At 2 massage establishments, Cuong “raised” dozens of young, beautiful girls, ready to please customers to the fullest. Cuong did not pay salaries, but instead required the “long-legged” girls to pay 1.7 million VND/person/month, called electricity, water, sanitation…

Currently, the Criminal Police Department has handed over Cuong, Nghia and other subjects related to the two above-mentioned disguised massage establishments to District 8 Police for further investigation and handling according to their authority./.
