In particular, when the provincial working delegation requested to present documents showing the implementation of Directive 17/CT-TU of the Provincial Party Committee and Directive 26/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister by the Nghia Xuan Commune People's Committee, an official of the commune People's Committee office asked: "What is Directive 26?" and could not provide the documents as requested.

Besides, Nghia Xuan Commune People's Committee has not yet regulated working hours and has not publicly announced them at the headquarters for officials and civil servants to implement and for people to know.
In terms of documents, Mr. Truong Van Chinh - Chairman of Nghia Xuan Commune People's Committee only issued a notice regulating working hours for 2016. Mr. Truong Van Chinh said that Nghia Xuan Commune currently implements summer working hours in the morning from 7:30 to 11:30, in the afternoon from 1:30 to 4:30.

In the afternoon, at 14:15, the inspection team conducted a surprise inspection at the People's Committee of Thai Hoa town, showing that the officials and civil servants of the People's Committee of the town basically followed the working hours well. In particular, there was a plan to deploy and implement Directive 26/CT-TTg well and conducted surprise inspections at 10 units to tighten discipline and administrative order in the town.
However, the working group also reminded the People's Committee of Thai Hoa town to notify the inspection results to local units after the inspection.
