The training process is carried out according to the correct steps and plans: From a regular state to a high combat readiness state; from a high combat readiness state to a full combat readiness state; through a force mobilization plan and organizing force mobilization operations from the regular command post to the secret assembly area.

On the training ground, the units strictly followed the program, content, and time; the participants grasped the tasks of their agencies, units, and training roles, promoted positivity and creativity, demonstrated the content and methods in each assigned position, closely followed combat reality, flexibly applied the principles of combat theory to combat reality, and achieved the set goals and requirements.

This training course aims to improve leadership and command capacity, organizational and command skills, combat advisory, coordination, and situation handling for cadres at all levels; improve combat readiness of agencies and units to promptly advise and handle all situations, contributing to maintaining political security of the unit and social order and safety in the area./.
