Wide range of opportunities for international-level vocational training.

(Baonghean.vn) - This information was announced by the Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology at the career orientation and counseling conference for high school graduates, held on the morning of March 21st.

The conference was attended by leaders from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Education and Training, and principals and admissions officers from nearly 50 high schools in the province. At this conference, Mr. Nguyen Duy Nam, the school principal, introduced the new features of the Vocational Education Law, training programs, job opportunities, and the school's admissions work for the 2017-2018 academic year.

The Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology is one of 45 high-quality vocational schools according to Decision 761 of the Prime Minister. Currently, the school offers training in 10 professions, including 5 professions that meet international standards, 2 professions that meet ASEAN standards, 2 professions that meet national standards, and one profession at the basic level.

In 2017-2018, the school plans to enroll 1000 students in both college and vocational training programs. Students with good academic performance and strong foreign language skills will have the opportunity to participate in international and ASEAN-level vocational training courses under government support programs and receive diplomas from international schools and the Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology upon graduation.

Currently, the school has also developed cooperation programs with businesses to create a labor supply, provide customized training, grant scholarships to talented students and underprivileged students, and help students have more opportunities to work abroad through international cooperation programs.
