Specifically, the Prime Minister requested the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and cities to consider and take disciplinary action against individuals who violate the law in recruitment and appointment; and report to the Prime Minister before April 30, 2017.

The Minister of Finance shall consider taking disciplinary action against individuals who violate the law in recruitment and appointment at the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Tax Department; report to the Prime Minister on the implementation before April 30, 2017.

The Ministry of Home Affairs monitors, urges and inspects the implementation of the above tasks by agencies and localities.
