If you want to live a long life, you shouldn't marry a younger man.
Shopping, drinking coffee, and not marrying someone much younger are ways women can prolong their lives.
Globally, women generally live longer than men. Besides diet and exercise, there are many other ways women can prolong their lives, and here are five secrets to a long life that women should definitely consider, as listed by Medical Daily.

Have children
Recent research by Swedish scientists, published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, indicates that women who have children before the age of 60 tend to live longer than their peers who have never been mothers. Previously, the authors analyzed data from over 1.5 million volunteers born in the early 1900s and found that women aged 60 who had given birth had an additional 24.6 years of life expectancy, while those aged 60 without children lived an additional approximately 23.1 years.
Shopping
A 2011 study on elderly Taiwanese people showed that women who shopped daily reduced their risk of death by 27% compared to those who shopped less. The authors noted that this benefit may not be related to financial issues but rather helps alleviate loneliness and increase physical activity (walking).
Drink coffee
According to the Annals of Internal Medicine, women who regularly drink coffee are less likely to die prematurely. Specifically, drinking at least two cups of coffee a day reduces the risk of death from heart disease by 25%. However, scientists believe that more studies are needed to confirm this conclusion.
Long-term relationship
Married men are generally healthier than single men. For women, however, this isn't necessarily true. An article in The Daily Telegraph suggests that a long-term relationship, not necessarily marriage, is sufficient to bring happiness and health benefits to women.
Marriage age
Studies have shown that men who marry much younger women tend to live longer. However, the Max Planck Institute for Demography (Germany) concluded that women who marry significantly younger men have shorter life expectancy.
