'Nghe An Provincial Police's records force: 60 years of loyalty, dedication, and timeliness'

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 27, Nghe An Provincial Police organized the 60th Anniversary of the founding of the People's Public Security Records Force (27/3/1957 - 27/3/2017).

Day27/3/1957, The Minister of Public Security signed Decree No. 530/VP-ND establishing the Records Department under the Ministry's Office, marking a historical milestone in the birth of the Public Security Records force.

After 60 years of building, fighting and growing, the People's Public Security Records force in general and the officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Public Security Records Department in particular have promoted the glorious tradition of the force; devoted themselves to their work, making an important contribution to improving basic professional work, fighting against crime and arresting fugitives in a timely and accurate manner.

Every year, the Nghe An Police Records force directly looks up over 100,000 requests, helping police investigation agencies at all levels accurately conclude thousands of criminals and especially dangerous wanted subjects...

In recognition of the above achievements, in 2007, Nghe An Police Records Department was awarded the Third Class Military Exploit Medal by the Party and State; the Ministry of Public Security, Provincial Party Committee, and People's Committee awarded many Certificates of Merit. In 2016, the General Department of Politics, Ministry of Public Security awarded the Emulation Flag.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the importance of the Nghe An Police's records work, which has contributed significantly to ensuring security and order.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that the force working on Nghe An Public Security Records continue to promote tradition, closely follow the requirements of political tasks; proactively update, look up, exploit, and process information and documents well, promptly serve regular and unexpected work and combat; effectively exploit professional records of the Public Security in all situations.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to the Records Department and 3 individuals; the Director of the Provincial Police awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 10 individuals./.
