Nghe An: Young man drowned in Taiwan

The victim was Bui Van Truyen (21 years old), son of Bui Van Le, residing in Phu Thanh hamlet, Dien Kim commune, Dien Chau district.

According to the victim’s family, on February 26, Truyen had a day off from work so he went to his friend’s place to play. Afterwards, he and his friends went fishing in the river but unfortunately slipped and was swept away.

Truyen's body was not found until the morning of February 28. It is known that Truyen had been working in Taiwan for only 12 days when the incident happened.
